Classes
Classes are taught by Malik Salaam, Sr. who holds a Master Gas Fitter and Master HVAC/R license for Maryland and Virginia. He is also ESCO and NCCER Certified.
In addition, he has held various restricted electrical licenses. He also has over 40 years of industry experience, over 20 years of teaching experience with ABC Chesapeake Shores, ABC Metro Washington, BCCC, Baltimore City, Fredrick County, Howard County, Lincoln Tech, and Rets Technical Institute.
Malik is also ESCO and NCCER Certified. M.S. HVAC Training is a NATE Certified Training Center. (NATE# 40792)

Classes Offered for 2025 - 2026:
September 2025: HVAC/R Electrical Course
January 2026: International Fuel Gas Code
February 2026: Hydronics
March 2026: HVAC/R Electrical Course
Classes are held 2 nights a week, three hours per night, at various lengths depending on the topic. Courses are frequently updated through industry standards organizations in addition to the current additions of the International Mechanical Code, Building Code, Plumbing and Fuel Gas Codes.
All classes are held at Anne Arundel Workforce Development Center (AAWDC) in Linthicum, MD.
